Platform Rules & Acceptable Use
Last updated 6 October 2026 · Version 1.0
These rules explain how we expect the platform to be used and how we protect customers and the service from fraud and financial crime.
1. One account per customer
Each customer is expected to maintain and use only one account. Creating, controlling, or operating multiple accounts to obtain additional limits, bypass verification, avoid restrictions, or otherwise circumvent platform controls is prohibited, unless we have explicitly authorized otherwise.
2. Multiple and linked accounts
We may use available security and compliance signals, including IP/network information and other account, device, payment, KYC and transaction indicators, to identify potentially linked accounts or attempts to circumvent platform controls.
Where legally and technically appropriate, these indicators can include:
- Account information
- KYC information
- Payment information
- Wallet information
- Device and session signals
- IP / network information
- Transaction patterns
- Behavioural patterns
- Other legitimate fraud and AML indicators
No single signal, such as a shared IP address, is treated on its own as proof that accounts belong to the same person. Signals are assessed together as part of a review.
3. Anti-money laundering and financial crime
You must not use the platform for:
- Money laundering
- Terrorist financing
- Fraud or scams
- Stolen funds
- Sanctions evasion
- Proceeds of illegal activity
- Structuring transactions to evade controls
- Attempts to circumvent KYC/AML controls
- Any other unlawful activity
We may conduct transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, risk assessment, KYC/CDD and other compliance checks as required by applicable law and our compliance procedures.
4. Circumventing platform controls
You must not attempt to bypass:
- Transaction limits
- Verification requirements
- Account restrictions
- Payment controls
- Risk controls
- KYC requirements
- AML controls
- Security controls
- Account freezes
- Other platform safeguards
Attempts to circumvent, manipulate or bypass platform controls may result in transaction restrictions, account suspension or other action permitted under applicable law and our Terms.
5. Account restrictions and asset holds
If we identify activity that reasonably indicates fraud, money laundering, sanctions concerns, account abuse, unauthorized activity, attempts to circumvent platform controls, or other prohibited activity, we may restrict or suspend the relevant account(s), place transactions on hold, and restrict access to the related assets while we review the matter, subject to applicable law and our compliance procedures.
Where accounts are reasonably determined to be connected to prohibited activity or an attempt to circumvent platform controls, we may take appropriate action across the relevant linked accounts, subject to applicable law and our compliance procedures.
Restrictions may affect:
- Current transactions
- Future transactions
- Account functionality
- Withdrawals
- Deposits
- Access to assets
Restrictions may remain in place until the relevant review, investigation, legal requirement or compliance process has been completed.
